Day 19 Wednesday March 25th (101 days left) — Today was a sea day and grinning, we missed breakfast as we woke up at 9:30am. The water fun for the last few days caught up to me. The day was overcast with the sun poking out for a little while late in the afternoon. So, today was about trying to knock some blog days out and attempting to catch up a little. With this in mind, the day’s posts are the meals we had, minus the missed breakfast. Actually, I am not complaining about the missed breakfast because I had told Jackie I would go to Aquamar Kitchen with her for breakfast. There is no meat on the menu 🙂

Someone asked me why I place the number of days left at the beginning of my posts. Jackie’s sister (that would be my sister-in-law 🙂 ) told us it bothers her not knowing how many more days we are away from home, so I thought that I would help her.

We ate lunch in The Main Dining Room today.

Jackie had chilled shrimp which she added to her entree of Cancun Power Bowl. For her dessert she had Marinated Fruit Salad. The dreaded breadbasket. Someone suggested that we could tell the waiters not to put bread on the table. A good suggestion but one that will not be followed. 🙂

Cancun Power Bowl — it looks much nicer than this, but we took the photo after Jackie had mixed it together

Lane had a shrimp cocktail, cream of mushroom soup and the French Dip Sandwich. I skipped dessert thinking I would get a milkshake this afternoon, but I forgot to go get one.

This afternoon Jackie attended a class called Making Kukui Nut Leis. It came out really good, she has hidden talents 🙂

This evening we had Toscano Italian for our dinner. It was our second visit, and we went new meals this time around. The food was great.

Jackie had the chef’s special which was Seafood Ravioli and Filetto Di Manzo Alla Fiorentina for her entree. She went with Panna Cotta for her dessert. Lane had Carpaccio di Manzo and Pennette San Gimignano as the entree and finished the night with Crostatina Di Albicocche for dessert.

Gosh, your taste buds must be going crazy. They will never be the same. Get the recipes so Jackie can cook some of the food you will miss. Or maybe you can go on another cruise.
