Day 55 Friday May 1st (65 days to go) — We had a great lazy day at sea. One of the things we laugh about is our inability to remember what day of the week it is even though we have the calendar up in the cabin.
The clocks had to be set back an hour last night so when we wake up in the morning we are not sure what time it is as we always forget to set the clocks back before falling asleep. After figuring out that it was only 7:30am we took our time getting ready and heading down to breakfast in The Grand Dining Room. After breakfast we came back to the cabin and spoke with the three staff members that care for our cabin and took photos with them as we were afraid to miss all three of them at the same time before reaching Sri Lanka and losing two of them.
Then we met with John for lunch in The Terrace Cafe where Kevin and Holly met up with us. After lunch we just sat around talking before heading out. I went up to burn a cigar and then the Spa Deck to work on my sunburn while Jackie went walking on the track.
Tonight we are going see a magician and going to dinner with Kevin and Holly.
Jackie had oatmeal and bananas for breakfast.
I ordered one scrambled egg with hash brown and bacon. This must have been a HUGE chicken to lay an egg that when scrambled was this big. 🙂
